Compare practices for wrestling to practices for any other sport you have participated in.Wrestling is like two and one half hours of physical and mental conditioning every day. Most other sports are a breeze next to wrestling. Who is the toughest wrestler you have ever had to face and why? Dan, he is a smart wrestler and makes few mistakes. Is there a wrestling mentality? What is it? Yes there is a wrestling mentality. You have to be prepared mentally to be albe to go a full 6 minute match hard. You also have to be always be agressive. What’s your ringtone?
