Lake Park Wrestling and Training Facilities
Lake Park wrestlers have the opportunity to practice in a well-appointed wrestling room and work out in a new and fully equipped weight room. Parents, relatives, and fans may wonder what the facilities look like and what equipment they contain. Our freshmen wrestling room is located on the west balcony of the East Campus gymnasium and offers extensive square footage for our underclass wrestlers. The Varsity wrestling room is located to the south of the East Campus Weight Room and the Dance Room just across the access area to the gymnasium. This facility was opened up in 2005 and provides well padded walls and floors for the tough varsity workouts. This area also houses the coaches offices and an equipment storage area. Additonally, Lake Park athletes have access to excellent training facilities staff by a well trained and certified training staff.
